1. Eligibility

Troviq is intended for students who are 18 years of age or older. Students under 18 may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement or have such consent.

2. Our services

Troviq provides a digital internship platform including:

• Structured, task-based internship programs across various tracks
• Mentor review and feedback on submitted work
• QR-verified digital certificates upon successful completion
• A public certificate verification portal

We do not guarantee college credit, university acceptance, or employment outcomes. We recommend students verify internship acceptance requirements with their college before enrolling.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit plagiarized, undisclosed AI-generated, or falsified task work
• Attempt to manipulate the certificate verification system
• Impersonate another student or mentor
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and certificate revocation.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content including course materials, task descriptions, and the Troviq brand are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

Work you submit as part of your internship tasks remains your intellectual property. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to review, store, and use your submissions for mentorship and platform improvement purposes.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued only upon genuine completion of all required tasks to the satisfaction of our mentor team. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we discover they were obtained through fraudulent means. Revoked certificates will be marked invalid in our verification system.

7. Fees

Any fees applicable to specific programs will be clearly communicated before enrollment. We reserve the right to introduce or change fees with reasonable advance notice. Free access to certain features may be withdrawn at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Troviq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We make no representation that our internship certificates will be accepted by any specific college, employer, or institution.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Troviq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect the validity of certificates already issued.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of Troviq after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
