We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Certificate records are retained indefinitely to support future verification requests. You may request deletion of your account by emailing founder@trovia.in — certificate records may still be retained for verification integrity.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials safe.
